Whether you live in your home yourself or rent it out to other people, our local staff handles everything. They book a hire car for you, see to the cleaning, take care of all communications with utilities and other bodies (water company, electricity supplier, telephone company, etc.), they can put some supplies in the fridge.

So this frees you from any concerns about your comfort when you get there. And, when the house is empty, they keep an eye on it. In addition, our staff speaks your language, whether it’s Spanish, French, English, Dutch or German.
